Abstract

This study aimed to develop a medical record retention information system with a case study at Dustira Cimahi Hospital. The data collection techniques used were by observations and completed by literature study which had related with the problems. Software development methods was made using waterfull. From the research conducted, it was found several problems associated with the retention information system which has running, such as: the implementation of retention was done directly with sorting out medical record file without the computer, the absence of a retention schedule medical record file, there is no storage space inactive and off medical record file. Therefore it is necessary to develop a medical record retention information system in the form of an application implemented with the Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010 programming language and the Database Access System / DBMS Microsoft Access. So that this application is expected to help hospitals in overcoming file retention problems and data retention processing can be better in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design decision support system of exemplary web-based employee using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in capital investment and integrated service one door regency kebumen. Calculation method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Data collection techniques used is by observation, literature study and interviews that have a close relationship with the principal problems and methods of system development used is the method of waterfall system development. From the results of research conducted found the problems such as the lack of effective selection of exemplary employees who performed because it is still manual so that the selection of exemplary employees are still not efficient. The suggestions given to overcome the problem are: 1) Need to be socialized and training to the related sections, especially on the Subdivision of Personnel and general as admin, so that information systems can be utilized properly, 2) Need a better system development for data security can be more awake.

Abstract

Data is a very authentic evidence that need to be saved because the data are at risk of data changes by the party who wanted to misuse the data or no effect on the data. Therefore, so that no unauthorized person to change the existing data, stored or can take the data that is very important, we need a method to be able to secure and keep data. The database is used to keep data and information. The whole system stores the data in the database, so that the contents of stored data security and confidentiality must be maintained. To maintain the security of a security that is required cryptography. With the use of databases that are in can be connected to each other, Database is not just a place to store data,Computer security system is needed at this time in line with the increase use of computers in the world. So existing data security has become seriously threatened to be accessed by people who are not responsible. Computer security becomes very important at this time because it is related to the privacy, integrity, authentication and confidentiality. Thus data need to be stored by using the correct storage techniques, so that the confidentiality and security of data is maintained. Cryptographic techniques with engineering data encryption on the database is one solution that can be used to meet the confidentiality and Data Security settings. With the existence of a cryptography that includes the encryption process, the data in the database can be encoded so that unauthorized persons can not read the information, in addition to those who know the key to describing it. Security of data / information document with a cryptographic technique that uses the Blowfish algorithm chosen method for cryptographic key modernmerupakan shaped symmetric block cipher. Blowfish algorithm which can encrypt text built in text form. Encryption is done using a specific key, resulting ciphertext that can not be understood. The ciphertext can be changed back as the beginning if the decryption using the same key in the beginning when the database mengekripsi.

Abstract

The design of internet radio services for conventional radio, especially in the city of Bandung was made, because at this time many new services have sprung up with various innovations that can create new markets and can also "disrupt" or damage existing markets. This happens in various industries, including the conventional radio industry. The presence of new services such as internet radio, audio streaming, or music streaming can disrupt the services provided by conventional radio, especially in the city of Bandung. This can reduce customers and conventional radio revenue. Radio internet services can be a radio solution to stay afloat. Therefore, the radio industry needs a radio internet service plan that can describe internet radio services ranging from business to information technology. This study aims to make the design of internet radio services that are expected to be a solution to increase the potential for conventional radio revenue. Internet Radio is designed not only as a live broadcast service as it is today, but must be able to provide services that remain in accordance with the expertise of the radio industry and also with additional capabilities that are more in line with customer needs today.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an analog compression tester measuring instrument into a digital compression tester as a measurement tool that can provide effectiveness and efficiency to users. This research is a research and development or R&D. This research was conducted in several steps, namely: problem identification, information gathering, product design, product manufacture, expert validation, product revision, testing, final production. The development of analog compression tester was first validated by material experts, media experts, and 15 students, and 5 students for field trials. The subjects of this study were vocational students at Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. Data collection techniques used in this study using instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive percentage. The results of the development of digital compression tester designs are: 1) the tools and materials used are electric drill, grinding, cutter, goggles, gloves, masks, ruler, acetaminine welding, screwdriver, scissors, digital dial pressure gauge, hose, spark plugs, clamps , and nepel, 2) the manufacturing process that starts from the cutting process, the hole drilling process, the welding process and the process of connecting between components, 3) the workings of digital compression tester design that is reading the pressure or compression of the machine displayed on the monitor digitally using dial pressure digital gauge, 4) the test results obtained from the validation results from: a) material experts at 89% or Eligible; b) media experts at 85% or reasonable; c) response of field trial students in terms of ease of use and reading of 90% or feasible. Thus, the conclusion that the digital compression tester measuring instrument declared feasible to use for measurement.
